Dubai Rooftoppers Climb 425m World’s Tallest Residential Building

Photographer Keow Wee Loong visited Dubai in July 2015, but he wasn’t just there to snap the impressive scenery. Keow met two muslim friends in the city, and on the first day of the Eid festivities the trio decided to celebrate by climbing the 425 meter high Marina 101 tower. It took them fifty minutes to climb 101 storeys, in blistering temperatures of over forty degrees Celsius. But once there, they were reworded with breathtaking views, and had the chance to show of some impressive skills, without using any safety equipment. As dusk fell it was time to return to the ground. But there’s no doubt the trio was still flying high, as they soaked up the Eid festivities.
